What is Executive Department?

We are an Executive Committeewho puts our full energy into both work and play! We are responsible for overseeing the entire operation and management of the committee to ensure smooth collaboration among the 11 departments.

About Our Jobs

We are in charge of opening and closing ceremonies, closing ceremonies, and managing the operations of the information center at the AIU Festival. We have a wide variety of work, including the coordination of events such as sports festivals and entrance ceremonies.

How is the atmosphere like?

We have a cozy and friendly atmosphere in our department, and ensure a good balance of work and play.

Message from the head of the Executive Department

As the executive committee, we oversee and manage the highest committee and officer’s council of an organization to which two-thirds of the students belong. By cooperating with each department’s heads, you can enhance your management skills. We welcome people who like to collaborate with various kinds of people in the committee! We are looking forward to seeing you.
