What kind of projects do you have for these two days?

A: There will be many events for everyone to enjoy, including a pole lantern performance by the Akita International University Kanto Team and a performance by the professional double Dutch group REG☆STYLE. There will also be various events that can be enjoyed at any time on the official website of the 20th AIU Festival. More details are available from OFFICIAL BROCHURE or PROJECTS.

Q: Where can I get the YouTube Live link?

A: The link is attached to the page of LIVE BROADCAST of the 20th AIU Festival official website.

Q: When watching YouTube live, will my name, face and other personal information be available on the Internet?

A: If you are using a Google account to view YouTube Live, please check your account settings. If your account name is a Gmail address or your real name, or if your account photo is your face, other viewers may be able to see your personal information. Please check your account settings in advance.

Q: Can I join YouTube Live without an account?

A: There are some limitations, such as not being able to use the comment function, but you can view the YouTube Live feed without any problems.

Q: What should I do if I miss a project?

A: There are currently no plans to keep an archive of the broadcast, so if you miss a project, you will not be able to view it again. If you miss a project, you will not be able to watch it again.

Q: Can I check in large luggage such as suitcases?

A: You can leave your belongings at the Information Center in front of the cafeteria. There are no coin lockers, so please ask at the Information Center.

Q: Do you have advance reservations?

A: No, it is not. Anyone is free to join.

Q: Can I bring my own food?

A: Yes, it is possible. If you wish to eat or drink on campus, please use the designated eating and drinking areas. Please click here for more details.

Q: Are the stalls cashless?

A: Not available. We accept cash only.

Q: Is it necessary to wear a mask on the day of the event?

A: As a general rule, we wear them at the discretion of the individual, depending on his/her own physical condition and living environment.

Q: Where can I go if I am not feeling well?

A: We have reserved a space for you to rest in the cafeteria. If you still feel unwell, please come to the Information Center in front of the cafeteria.

Q: If I lose something, where do I go?

A: Please come to the Information Center in front of the cafeteria.

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Pets are welcome. A pet area will be set up in front of Building B on the day of the event. Please bring your pet there for rehydration, etc. Pets are allowed to walk outside, but please refrain from bringing your pets indoors or into the stall area.
