総合管理部(GM)とは？

総合管理部 (General Management; GM)は幅広い仕事をこなし、AIU祭を土台から支えている部です。必要不可欠な部でありながらも、あまり表には見えないことから、「影の支配者」とも呼ばれています！

General Management Department (GM) does a wide range of tasks that are fundamental to the success of the AIU Festival. We are also referred to as “The Ruler in the Shadow” because our work is often not recognizable upfront.

ミーティング　日常・場所：

毎週木曜日 21:00~22:00

AIU祭当日の仕事の様子。

GMのお仕事内容/Our Jobs

企画書班：企画書の募集、審査、承認を担当。AIU祭の質を根本から支える重要は役割！

備品班：各企画で使用される備品を手配する。企画の実現に、必要不可欠な存在！

ステージ班：音響・照明などのステージ運営を担当し、舞台で輝くみなさんを支える存在！

交通班：学祭当日のバスダイヤの整備や赤ちゃんルームの設置を担当。来場者をおもてなしします。

イベント班：GMビンゴ、チャンバラ、模擬授業や後夜祭などのAIU祭の目玉企画を企画する。

Project Proposal: Looking through and confirming project proposals

Equipment management: Providing equipments to different project hosts.

Stage management: Managing the lighting and sound at performance stages.

Traffic management: Managing the bus schedules and baby resting rooms.

Event management: Hosts GM Bingo, Sword fight, Mock lectures and after party.

総合管理部はどんな雰囲気？

仕事をする時はとても真剣ですが、それ以外の時は笑いが絶えない、仲の良い部です！ また、部員が無理をせず仕事に取り組めるように、定例を定時に終わらせることを徹底しています。

While we are all hardworking and serious with our tasks, our meetings are always filled with laughter. We also do our very best to end our weekly meetings on time to reduced the burden on the members.

GMはAIU祭の土台を担い、みんなの「やりたい」を実現することができる、素敵な部です。AIU祭が近づくにつれ、とても忙しくなる部ではありますが、労力を費やしただけの達成感を得ることができます。また、メンバー全員が持っているGM愛はとても強く、とても居心地の良い部です。GM は私のアイデンティティの一部とも言えるでしょう。 きっと、みなさんにとっても安心できる居場所になるかと思います。 ぜひ、私たちGMと一緒にAIU祭を支えていきませんか？

GM is a wonderful department that has the power to make ideas come life. Although our tasks are challenging, I can assure you, it is all worth it.
